Behind-the-Scenes at BravoCon: Emotional Reveals, Cast Reunions, and Surprise Cameos

BravoCon 2025 brought three days of high-energy panels, Bravolebrities, franchise teasers, surprise reunions, and live tapings throughout Las Vegas. While fans can now stream highlights — including all five episodes of “BravoCon Live with Andy Cohen” and The Bravos — on Peacock, there was even more happening backstage, between tapings, and off-camera at Planet Hollywood’s PH Live.

From unexpected cameos to emotional cast moments and playful fan interactions, these are the behind-the-scenes details Bravo fans didn’t see.

Andy Cohen Q&A, Vicki Gunvalson Reveal & Off-Camera Cameos

Between tapings of “The Reading Room” and “The #1 Guys and Gals,” Andy Cohen hosted an unscripted Q&A with the crowd, sharing personal tidbits and answering fan questions.

When asked about his favorite Grateful Dead track, Cohen responded, “The Music Never Stopped,” and when pressed on whether he’d ever host “New Year’s Eve Live” without Anderson Cooper, he admitted, “Not really, but if I had to choose someone, it’d be John Mayer.”

Cohen also revealed new context to a major BravoCon moment — presenting Vicki Gunvalson with an orange and confirming her role on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” season 20.

“She had no idea,” Cohen said. “We were standing backstage holding hands, and we got so emotional. It was almost poetic.”

Other backstage highlights included:

  • “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” chef Cloyce Martin surprising Cohen at the mic, prompting Cohen to say he’d most like a meal from Martin — and also from chef Anthony Iracane.
  • Craig Conover handing out his “Shady Dreidel” gelt to fans in the audience.
  • A teleprompter failure during “The Reading Room,” which Cohen smoothly navigated after jokingly calling it out.
  • Conover, Austen Kroll, and Jesse Solomon giving Cohen a thumbs up after he corrected himself for omitting Drew Sidora earlier in the weekend.

RHOBH Debut, Househusbands at BravoCon, and Franchise Crossovers

Beyond the live tapings, BravoCon saw dozens of cast members popping into panels, surprising fans, and supporting one another across franchises.

Key off-camera moments included:

  • Rachel Zoe watching her own “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” season 15 debut clip with fans and cast members, receiving roaring applause.
  • Melissa Gorga cheering Teresa Giudice from across the room, reinforcing their newly repaired relationship.
  • Cohen making an unannounced appearance at Meredith Marks’ DJ set, alongside Brooks Marks, Chloe Marks, and Seth Marks.
  • RHOSLC’s Angie Katsanevas delaying departure to speak with every fan who stopped her.
  • Aesha Scott reuniting with Captain Jason Chambers backstage.
  • Steven McBee Jr., Cole McBee, Jesse McBee, and Galyna Saltkovska doing synchronized push-ups during red carpet interviews.
  • Nia Sanchez Booko and Danny Booko introducing baby Adelaide backstage to cast and crew.

Several Househusbands also attended tapings off-camera — including John Barlow, who was celebrating his birthday during the “Holiday Spectacular.”
