“Buying Beverly Hills” star Mauricio Umansky was seen with “FBoy Island” alum Celisa “CJ” Franco in Los Angeles on Wednesday, November 26 after the pair went out to eat at a popular restaurant.
Umansky’s ‘Single’ & ‘Dating’ Era

This campaign launched on Tuesday, November 18, which came approximately two years after his split from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards went public in July 2023, following 27 years of marriage.
“How long have I been separated? Two years, two and a half years, plus or minus. I was not counting — but I’m still in the era of being single,” Umansky said in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, explaining that he’s “alone,” “single,” and “dating.” He continued, “I guess that’s my era.”
“I’m in my 50s, so I’m not trying to be a 20-year-old sexy man,” he said, referring to his photo shoot. “But it’s edgy and sexy… I’ve got a high heel in my face with a leg! I’ve got two girls, one pouring me a drink and one lighting my cigar. It definitely has some lifestyle, and it has some edge.”
“I’m used to it between all of whatever we’ve done, 15 seasons of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’… ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ all of that stuff, so I’m certainly used to it,” Umansky joked, referring to people on social media sending him private messages.
“I’m not a guy that flocks to the DMs,” he said. “They’re there. People can send them, but I can’t guarantee you I’m going to look at it or respond.”
“Keep them guessing!” Umansky teased.
Richards’ Opinion on Umansky’s Dating Life
GettySpeaking with PEOPLE back in April, Richards opened up about her co-parenting dynamic with Umansky, revealing that they “get along really well” and “want the best for each other.”
“Mauricio and I get along really well. You know, we both want the best for each other,” she said. “We love our daughters. So we were very good friends. I have his back. He has mine.”
When asked about the secret to managing such a relationship, Richards said, “I think we’re just really good friends, and we always have been, so that came in handy. That’s one good thing out of that.”
Umansky & Franco Spotted in West Hollywood
As reported by the Daily Mail, photos captured Umansky and Franco cozied up after a dinner at the West Hollywood hotspot Craig’s.
In the photos, Umansky was shown wrapping his arms around Franco and kissing her on the cheek. Another photo has Umansky nuzzling his face into Franco’s shoulder as she smiles with her eyes closed.
Franco isn’t his first age-gap romance. Umansky has also been romantically linked to singer Anitta, 32, and models Nikita Kahn, 34, and Klaudia K, who was 33 when the pair were spotted together last December.
