Jason Aldean has fans’ hopes sky high after sharing major news regarding one of country music’s most beloved duos: Florida Georgia Line.
According to Aldean, Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard will likely reunite for a new album.
Florida Georgia Line Reunited to Honor Jason Aldean
Hubbard and Kelley reunited on stage at BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville’s annual Country Radio Seminar (CRS) bash in Nashville in March to celebrate the “Got What I Got” artist.
“This is crazy… this is wild. I feel like this is every songwriter that’s ever written on my records!” Aldean told the crowd. “I had no idea about tonight — I thought I was coming to play one song and hang out for a minute and go home. Thank you so much for being here. All the writers here tonight are why I have a career, so thank you so much.”
The Florida Georgia Line duo performed Aldean’s hit “You Make It Easy,” which they helped write along with Morgan Wallen.
“Man, it feels good to be here tonight,” Hubbard said on stage, according to Taste of Country. “It feels good to be here with my brother.”
He later took to social media to reflect on the night.
“Me and BK got to celebrate our buddy @jasonaldean last night and his 30 #1’s. Honored to have written a few of um. Congrats man! What a special night!” the “5 Foot 9” artist captioned a montage video.
The duo announced their split in August 2022 after more than a decade together. They both went on to pursue solo careers.

While reflecting on his special night during the Monday, March 30, episode of his “Try That in a Small Town” podcast, Aldean hinted at a full reunion.
“It was really cool to see those guys back together, and you know, I mean man, they were such a big duo and such a you know, I mean, my opinion, one of the biggest duos we’ve had in this business,” he said. “You know, love them or hate them. It is a fact, and you know it was good to see those guys back on stage together playing. You know, I think in town here we’ve all been kind of hearing rumblings of stuff.”
When asked whether he believes Kelley and Hubbard will officially reunite, Aldean said, “Oh, yeah. Definitely.”
“I would assume, you know, there’s probably going to be a record at some point, and you know, and I feel like they’re kind of getting there,” he added. “I feel like it’s been, you know, a weird few years. They’re kind of feeling it out and just sort of getting back together and kind of reconnecting a little bit. But I think they’re too good to not do that. So, I think the country music fans would eat that up, and so I’m pulling for those guys to hopefully make a record and get back.”
