After finalizing her divorce from ex Cory Hardrict in 2023, after 14 years together, Mowry decided to be single and focus on herself as a mom to their kids, Cree, who was born on June 2011, and her daughter Cairo, who was born May 2018. Now, she’s starting a new chapter.
“I will say that I’ve been in a place of solitude for a very long time,” Mowry told People on March 18. “And there, I was really able to learn who I am, what it was that I wanted, and what it was that I needed. And I manifested this. I really did.”

Visualization, I’m a huge believer of visualizing things and visualizing feelings,” she continued. “And I just started to stop just talking bad and poorly about dating because it was very easy to do that.”
