Kylie Jenner is returning to YouTube. She is giving fans an updated look at the beauty routine she relies on every day.
In a new YouTube video, Jenner walked viewers through her current skincare and makeup routine. She also shared personal updates about turning 29, her cats and the beauty techniques she has picked up over the years. Furthermore, the Kylie Cosmetics founder revealed that revisiting her older videos inspired her to start creating more content for the platform again.
“I got inspired to get back on YouTube,” Jenner explained at the beginning of the video, adding that she had recently watched some of her previous uploads. She also teased plans to eventually film a “drunk get ready with me” alongside her sister Khloé Kardashian.
Kylie Jenner Shares Her Updated Makeup and Skincare Routine
Jenner began the video with skincare, explaining that her morning routine has remained relatively consistent after she experienced significant breakouts beginning around age 27. She said she now feels she has her skin “under control.” As a result, she focuses on keeping her routine simple.
After cleansing, Jenner applied serum and an oil-free moisturizer before moving into makeup. She called primers her “makeup tip of 2026” and used a Kylie Cosmetics primer before applying her base.
Jenner also revealed that sunscreen has become nonnegotiable as she enters the final year of her 20s. She mixed sunscreen with her skin tint. She also explained that she no longer spray tans her face because she felt the practice could clog her pores.
Throughout the tutorial, Jenner demonstrated how she uses concealer for sculpting and applies blush. She also created the smoky brown eye makeup she has grown comfortable wearing regularly. She explained that she often repeats the same look. This is because she now understands what works best for her face and makes her feel confident.

The makeup tutorial also doubled as a personal catch-up with Jenner.
After recently celebrating her 29th birthday, Jenner said getting cats has made her feel like she is in her “princess era.” She joked about her evolution from the “King Kylie” persona associated with an earlier period of her life. She celebrated her birthday with a princess-themed kitty poker party.
Jenner also said she tried to spend less time on her phone during her birthday month. The break gave her time to read two books while traveling. One book was Colleen Hoover’s “Ugly Love,” which Jenner said left her crying by the end.
Her family even influenced parts of her current beauty routine. Jenner said sister Kendall Jenner previously convinced her to stop wearing mascara on her bottom lashes. However, she has since brought the technique back because she likes the “doll eyes” effect.
By the end of the video, Jenner made one thing clear: her YouTube comeback is only getting started.
“I am so happy to be back on YouTube,” Jenner said after completing her everyday look and bringing one of her cats on camera for a final goodbye.
